  • Living on or within a matrix may also be referred to as “on the grid”

    12 August 2017
Applications of matrices are found in most scientific fields. In every branch of physics, including classical mechanics, optics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, and quantum electrodynamics, they are used in computer graphics, they are used to manipulate 3D models and project them onto a 2-dimensional screen. In probability theory and statistics, stochastic matrices are used to describe sets of probabilities; for instance, they are used within the PageRank algorithm that ranks the pages in a Google search. Matrix calculus generalizes classical analytical notions such as derivatives and exponentials to higher dimensions. Matrices are used in economics to describe systems of economic relationships.

Google Street View displays panoramas of stitched images. Most photography is done by car, but some is done by trekker, tricycle, walking, boat, snowmobile, and underwater apparatus. Street View had its inception in 2001 with The Stanford CityBlock Project, a Google-sponsored Stanford University research project. The project ended in June 2006, and its technology was folded into StreetView.

This has been the basis for the evolution of Google and programs like Google Maps, Autonumos Vehicles, Augmented reality just to name a few. Google Street View is a technology featured in Google Maps and Google Earth that provides panoramic views from positions along many streets in the world. It was launched in 2007 in several cities in the United States, and has since expanded to include cities and rural areas worldwide. Streets with Street View imagery available are shown as blue lines on Google Maps.

Software versioning is the process of assigning either unique version names or unique version numbers to unique states of computer software. Within a given version number category (major, minor), these numbers are generally assigned in increasing order and correspond to new developments in the software. At a fine-grained level, revision control is often used for keeping track of incrementally different versions of electronic information, whether or not this information is computer software.

In sequence-based software versioning schemes, each software release is assigned a unique identifier that consists of one or more sequences of numbers or letters. This is the extent of the commonality; however, schemes vary widely in areas such as the quantity of sequences, the attribution of meaning to individual sequences, and the means of incrementing the sequences.
There has been tremendous developments in the google mapping technology sector, such as when you go to your local grocery store and get a notification on your mobile phone or when using public transit and wheelchair accessibility notifications appear or bus or train schedules pop up on your device. Google has just started tracking atmospheric and smog conditions for different neighbourhoods as well which in the future will enable individuals to choose routes with the best air quality conditions to live and work in. Also the ability to track any delivery in real time, the possibilities are endless and this is not only the future of human day to day life it will also determine how we socialize, where our children go to school as well as how we choose areas to live work and play.

Modern computer software is often tracked using two different software versioning schemes—an internal version number that may be incremented many times in a single day, such as a revision control number, and a released version that typically changes far less often, such as semantic versioning or a project code name. An environment or material in which something develops; a surrounding medium or structure.” free choices become the matrix of human life” a mass of fine-grained rock in which gems, crystals, or fossils are embedded. Biology the substance between cells or in which structures are embedded fine material. “the matrix of gravel paths is raked regularly”.

In conjunction with the various versioning schemes listed above, a system for denoting pre-release versions is generally used, as the program makes its way through the stages of the software release life cycle. Version 1.0 as a milestone. Proprietary software developers often start at version 1 for the first release of a program and increment the major version number with each significant update.

Programs that are in an early stage are often called “alpha” software, after the first letter in the Greek alphabet. After they mature but are not yet ready for release, they may be called “beta” software, after the second letter in the Greek alphabet. Generally alpha software is tested by developers only, while beta software is distributed for community testing.

  • The Evolution of Bitcoin

    05 July 2017
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange that uses cryptography to control its creation and management, rather than relying on central authorities. In January 2009, the bitcoin network came into existence with the release of the first open source bitcoin client and the issuance of the first bitcoins.

Prior to the release of bitcoin there were a number of digital cash technologies starting with the issuer based ecash protocols of David Chaum and Stefan Brands. Adam Back developed hashcash, a proof-of-work scheme for spam control. The first proposals for distributed digital scarcity based cryptocurrencies were Wei Dai’s b-money and Nick Szabo’s bit gold. Hal Finney developed reusable proof of work (RPOW) using hashcash as its proof of work algorithm.

The value of the first bitcoin transactions were negotiated by individuals on the bitcoin talk forums with one notable transaction of 10,000 BTC used to indirectly purchase two pizzas delivered by Papa John’s.

On 6 August 2010, a major vulnerability in the bitcoin protocol was spotted. Transactions weren’t properly verified before they were included in the transaction log or blockchain, which let users bypass bitcoin’s economic restrictions and create an indefinite number of bitcoins. On 15 August, the vulnerability was exploited; over 184 billion bitcoins were generated in a transaction, and sent to two addresses on the network. Within hours, the transaction was spotted and erased from the transaction log after the bug was fixed and the network forked to an updated version of the bitcoin protocol. This was the only major security flaw found and exploited in bitcoin’s history

    Fast forward to 2017
The number of businesses accepting bitcoin continues to increase. In January 2017, NHK reported the number of online stores accepting bitcoin in Japan had increased 4.6 times over the past year. BitPay CEO Stephen Pair declared the company’s transaction rate grew 3× from January 2016 to February 2017, and explained usage of bitcoin is growing in B2B supply chain payments.
Bitcoin gains more legitimacy among lawmakers and legacy financial companies. For example Japan passed a law to accept bitcoin as a legal payment method, and Russia has announced that it will legalize the use of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. And Norway’s largest online bank, Skandiabanken, have integrated bitcoin accounts.

In the first half of 2017, 1 bitcoin surpassed the spot price of an ounce of gold for the first time, and subsequently broke its all-time high, reaching US$1,402.03 on 1 May 2017, and over US$1,800 on 11 May 2017. On 20 May 2017, the price of one Bitcoin passed US$2,000 for the first time. In March 2017, the number of GitHub projects related to bitcoin passed 10,000.
Exchange trading volumes continue to increase. For the 6-month period ending March 2017, Mexican exchange Bitso saw trading volume increase 1500%. Between January and May 2017 Poloniex saw an increase of more than 600% active traders online and regularly processed 640% more transactions.

In June 2017, the bitcoin symbol was encoded in Unicode version 10.0 at position U+20BF (₿) in the Currency Symbols block.

  • What is Big Data and how is it used?

    26 June 2017

The term “big data” often refers simply to the use of predictive analytics, user behavior analytics, or certain other advanced data analytics methods that extract value from data, and seldom to a particular size of data set. “There is little doubt that the quantities of data now available are indeed large, but that’s not the most relevant characteristic of this new data ecosystem. Analysis of data sets can find new correlations to “spot business trends, prevent diseases, and combat crime and so on.” Scientists, business executives, practitioners of medicine, advertising and governments alike regularly meet difficulties with large data-sets in areas including Internet search, fintech, urban informatics, and business informatics. Scientists encounter limitations in e-Science work, including meteorology, genomics, connectomics, complex physics simulations, biology and environmental research.

Data sets grow rapidly – in part because they are increasingly gathered by cheap and numerous information-sensing Internet of things devices such as mobile devices, aerial (remote sensing), software logs, cameras, microphones, radio-frequency identification (RFID) readers and wireless sensor networks. The world’s technological per-capita capacity to store information has roughly doubled every 40 months since the 1980s as of 2012, every day 2.5 Exabyte (2.5×1018) of data are generated. One question for large enterprises is determining who should own big-data initiatives that affect the entire organization.

Relational database management systems and desktop statistics- and visualization-packages often have difficulty handling big data. The work may require “massively parallel software running on tens, hundreds, or even thousands of servers”. What counts as “big data” varies depending on the capabilities of the users and their tools, and expanding capabilities make big data a moving target. “For some organizations, facing hundreds of gigabytes of data for the first time may trigger a need to reconsider data management options. For others, it may take tens or hundreds of terabytes before data size becomes a significant consideration.

Data mining is the computing process of discovering patterns in large data sets involving methods at the intersection of machine learning, statistics, and database systems. It is an interdisciplinary subfield of computer science. The overall goal of the data mining process is to extract information from a data set and transform it into an understandable structure for further use. Aside from the raw analysis step, it involves database and data management aspects, data pre-processing, model and inference considerations, interestingness metrics, complexity considerations, post-processing of discovered structures, visualization, and online updating. Data mining is the analysis step of the “knowledge discovery in databases” process, or KDD.

The term is a misnomer, because the goal is the extraction of patterns and knowledge from large amounts of data, not the extraction (mining) of data itself. It also is a buzzword and is frequently applied to any form of large-scale data or information processing (collection, extraction, warehousing, analysis, and statistics) as well as any application of computer decision support system, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence.

Here at Nexonta Technologies Inc we understand that the future belongs to big data and its future applications also organizations should be able to read and interpret big data to forecast future trends.

  • Social Media’s Rise to Power

    02 June 2017
Social Media shows no sign of slowing down; in fact the internet and internet access is growing every year in double digit percentage points and this is transforming the world quite rapidly but it all started with Myspace. If we look at the evolution of Myspace and how that social network transformed how we connect as humans we should be able to plot the next 20 to 30 years of human social development and trends.

We seem to have entered a phase of the personal brand, we are all aspiring to be the best that we can be and gain as many followers on the various social platforms like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Individuals are becoming brands and the more memorable the better. Instagram stories allows us to peek into the private world of strangers and judge them with their permission because today it is more important to be real than perfect.

Large corporations are following suite realizing that it’s more important to show yourself rather than hiding in the shadows of a corporate cloak pulling all of the strings “Saltbae” takes us in the kitchen of his famous restaurant and lets us see his meat as he spanks it and gingerly rubs it down with gentle caresses before throwing it to the fire. This is the new normal, we don’t want to see how the cow is killed but everything else is theatre and we all would love to eat there. Social media has become the new word of mouth, it’s no longer how many stars a restaurant has but how many followers. While there are still such things as fake news and malicious rumors (We suffered that nightmare) folks are getting pretty good at figuring out what is true from what isn’t and if you ever heard of a twitter storm (poor Bow Bow) let’s just say the internet today is keeping us honest.

The interesting thing about social media today is that it is connecting the human consciousness like never before. The tragedy just last week in Manchester after the Ariana Grande concert where 19 people died and 50 were injured we saw the entire world react together in unison. Social media has given the masses power like we have never had before and this is just the beginning, soon enough individuals will be able to pool their resources and take steps to solve any problems we see need fixing. Mark Zuckerberg spoke a lot about Global Connectivity in his commencement speech at Harvard last week where he was given an honorary degree. But let’s go back to where it all started with Myspace. Source Wikipedia

It looks like users are wanting different things from their social media network now. Let’s look at the evolution of Myspace over the past two decades. According to Wikipedia, Myspace is a social networking website offering an interactive, user-submitted network of friends, personal profiles, blogs, groups, photos, music, and videos. It is headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Myspace was acquired by News Corporation in July 2005 for $580 million. From 2005 to 2008, Myspace was the largest social networking site in the world, and in June 2006 surpassed Google as the most visited website in the United States. In April 2008, Myspace was overtaken by Facebook in the number of unique worldwide visitors, and was surpassed in the number of unique U.S. visitors in May 2009, though Myspace generated $800 million in revenue during the 2008 fiscal year. Since then, the number of Myspace users has declined steadily in spite of several redesigns. As of March 2017, Myspace was ranked 3,178 by total Web traffic, and 1,650 In the United States.

Myspace had a significant influence on pop culture and music and created a gaming platform that launched the successes of Zynga and RockYou, among others. Despite an overall decline, in 2015 Myspace still had 50.6 million unique monthly visitors and has a pool of nearly 1 billion active and inactive registered users.

In June 2009, Myspace employed approximately 1,600 employees. In June 2011, Specific Media Group and Justin Timberlake jointly purchased the company for approximately $35 million. [On February 11, 2016 it was announced that MySpace and its parent company had been bought by Time Inc.]

Looks like all the social networking platforms better stay in touch with what the users want and evolve so that they can keep their market share.

  • Is Social Media Making Us All Swag Havers?

    24 May 2017

I want to start off by saying that we over here at Nexonta Technologies Inc. love social media and all that it has to offer, you can literally plan your entire day and life around social media if you choose to and for those without vision well just google it and you will have many search results for your next baller moves. However, let us not forget one fundamental thing and that is that social media is a business and so it is pretty safe to assume that at any given time we are actually being sold something. Just take a look at these numbers More than 84 percent of smartphone users in the U.S. go online to look up products before purchasing. E-commerce is slowly taking over the consumer world with sales reaching $394.9 billion in 2016, up nearly 16 percent from the previous year.

So with this in mind is social media causing us to consume more or is it succeeding in helping us to become our best selves ever? Just think about it for a minute, everything we need to make the transformation from average human to The Rock (Duane Johnson) is on our smart phones. We don’t really need to go into the store anymore to buy a new outfit for a social encounter with a honey, there’s an app for that, If we need to brush up on our dating skills, YouTube and if we want to check out the Ex or any competition to figure out where to level up our game, try Facebook,

it’s like being in the FBI but you don’t need top security clearance. Oh and ladies, dude can’t lie anymore because google sees everything.
But seriously though social media is changing the way that we run our lives as every single impulse move you can make you can do it through your smart phone. For example, Pinterest lets the discovery tool shows you related goods based on whatever your camera points at food, clothing, furniture, recipes, and more. If you took a picture of an avocado, the app might give you a guacamole recipe. You can even snap a picture of a shoe and Pinterest Lens will show you similar styles or different outfits to pair them with.

Then there is the Like to Know It app, this Like to Know It apps helps you find out and offers you the chance to buy the look yourself. The app is integrated with Instagram, allowing users to take and upload screenshots of clothing they discover in their feeds. From there, Like to Know It users can make purchases directly from the app. This also speaks to how more users are consuming media on social media. Instagram’s shopable photo tags Instagram has rolled out with a new shopping feature—shoppable tags. In the same way you can tag people, businesses can tag products in their photos.

Instagram has been testing the feature with brands like Kate Spade New York and Warby Parker by adding product information and links to their Instagram posts. To find out more about a product, users press a “tap to view products” button—revealing prices, description, additional photos, and a “shop now” button to for purchase. Because so many people use the platform as a form of online window shopping, Instagram took the next logical step and made it possible to make purchases directly from the App.

With this feature, brands can make better use of Instagram for business. Instead using ads and retail landing pages, brands can use Instagram as a discovery, marketing, and sales tool.
And then there is the MasterPass Facebook Messenger bots MasterCard and Facebook Messenger have joined forces to give you a new kind of consumer experience a world where bots not only look up restaurants for you, but help place your food order. MasterPass is a digital wallet service that lets users complete transactions over Facebook Messenger. And you are able to do all of this from your smart phone. Genius!!! Source Hootsuite

  • Social Media Is Growing at Warp Speed

    06 May 2017
Social media generates a wealth of real-time content at an incessant rate, this widespread generation and consumption of content has created an extremely competitive online environment where different types of content vie with each other for the scarce attention of the user community. In spite of the seemingly chaotic fashion with which these interactions take place, certain topics manage to attract an inordinate amount of attention, thus bubbling to the top in terms of popularity. Through their visibility, these popular topics contribute to the collective awareness of what is trending and at times can also affect the public agenda of the community.

Social media is growing at an explosive rate, with millions of people all over the world generating and sharing content on a scale barely imaginable a few years ago. This has resulted in massive participation with countless number of updates, opinions, news, comments and product reviews being constantly posted and discussed in social web sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Digg and Twitter, to name a few.

Another social media trend for 2017 will be with less automation and more effective management tools. Year after year, we witness a social media blunder from a brand using automated social tools. The problem is understanding the data to make better decisions about your social media. Roughly 34% of small businesses use social media to engage and converse with customers. That means businesses have to find their audience and engage with them more effectively. If your customers are reaching out, you have to respond. Having analytical data to back up things like engagement or response rates helps you make smarter decisions. That’s why social media automation is more likely than ever to simply turn into social media management. Automation feels robotic, while consumers want real, humanistic interactions.

With the exception of chatbots, brands should avoid automating social engagement. Instead of automated responses and risking a PR disaster, try these tactics:
Social Campaigns that Interact with Consumers, Listen to Your Customers–Don’t Just Promote, Build an Organic Following with Better Relationships, Avoid Untimely Messages around Current Events, Be Personal and Give Humanistic Responses.

The rise in popularity of Snapchat’s facial filters (artificial intelligence lenses) makes the network interactive, engaging and unique compared to others. However, social media marketers shouldn’t have to wait long until competitors start to catch up with their own facial lenses. Facebook already tested facial lenses for its mobile interface in 2016. This could be a major sign of budding social media trends. With the launch of Instagram Stories, expect the popular social media feature to move across channels.
According to TechCrunch, there were 100 million active users on Instagram Stories within two months after its release. Additionally, Instagram Stories are watched by 18% of the network’s 600 million active users each day.

This puts all the pressure on Snapchat to maintain in the social media space. The competition is only likely to increase with Snapchat possibly going public as early as March 2017. Snapchat certainly has their own slice of the pie with 150 million active users in 2016 and 41% of US adults between the ages 18-34 use the network daily. Platforms like Facebook Messenger and Slack use chatbots to communicate with customers, answer frequently-asked questions or to provide immediate information on a product or service. These chatbots can increase communication and reduce response times to social messages in need of an answer.

There’s no doubt social media algorithms make it harder for businesses to promote organic content. With the introduction of the Instagram algorithm in 2016, nearly every major social network uses some sort of content preferential treatment. On the other hand, paid content is growing faster each quarter. According to Adobe, social media ad spend is estimated to surpass $41 billion in 2017. And it’s not limited to just one channel or network.

In 2016 Instagram launched its Business Tools feature, which works in the same vein as Twitter Analytics and Facebook Insights. This could mean social media trends point toward native tool enhancements to meet business needs.

Analytics and reporting features are nothing new to the industry. According to a KPMG survey, 92% of C-level executives already use data and analytics for marketing insights. And it’s very likely marketers and business owners don’t stop at measuring social media efforts as well.

  • There are exciting times ahead

    19 April 2017
Never before has the consumer had more to consume and we are able to buy more goods and services at a lower price today than at any historical point of economic consumerism. Today with the world population edging towards 7.5 billion people, it is pretty clear to see that the future economic power is engaging the many inhabitants of the planet. The future belongs to those who can deliver anywhere in the world in 48 hours or less. While the economic trade borders are quickly becoming a thing of the past. If history is a good indicator, most likely there will be cultural synergies taking place all over the world for the next 30 plus years.

What isn’t so clear is which will be the dominant cultural reference point with so much of fashion, food, music and overall culture being shared on a global scale it’s pretty safe to say that we will meet somewhere in the middle of this global melting pot which is becoming more and more open towards other cultures from different regions of the world.

If Facebook was a reflection of small communities, family and close connections, Instagram is all about showing us how awesome different people live their lives in different parts of the world and for many of those who find themselves gravitating towards Instagram from Facebook it simply means times are changing. With quotes like “if you’re not losing friends then you’re not growing up.” and “Keep your circle small and live drama free.” are directing us to go away from the familiar when it comes to friendship and venture out into the world to find a small group of like-minded individuals where ever they may be in the world and live your best life.

Companies like airbnb and Uber are asking us to let our guards down and open our homes and wallets to strangers first and then our hearts and minds after. It is a brave and exciting new world and it’s being lead be fearless millennials who want to go start online businesses and travel the world looking for love in the four corners of the globe. Today, being well travelled means having awesome pictures on your Instagram feed since most of the people you meet are travelling to faraway places as well.

It truly is an exciting time where you can do whatever you want to as long as you have the support of even just one friend and one talent that you can work diligently at to become the best at and then sell that service to one percent of the world population and you will end up a millionaire and retire at 40 (That’s a bit too late for me!!! Lol) travel the world, have a fantastic Instagram feed and you can tell your haters “I GOT THOSE LIKES YOU DIDN’T”

  • To Blog or Not to Blog…..

    19 April 2017
It seems like forever since we have written and posted a new blog over here at Nexonta Technologies Inc., if you have ever kept a blog or a journal I am sure that you would agree that there are several reasons for writing with the main ones being, one has something to say, one is documenting a certain period in time, one is writing for SEO reasons or one feels the need to share information that the world cannot life without. Whatever reason for Blogging I feel it’s pretty safe to say that it does require a certain courage and confidence.

I remember in the early days of twitter right around when it was becoming more and more popular with users and many businesses would post the same message over and over again throughout the day simple repeating the name of the business and the services that they offered until those in the know told tweeters that they should make their message compelling and interesting for followers to engage their message and as you would guess most businesses stopped tweeting because this would require a certain amount or honest and open communication with the audience thus leaving the company vulnerable to judgement. Kind of like when an artist puts out a piece, could be a painting or a sculpture or a song. The artist is never quite sure how the public will respond to the work however if the work was created with a certain amount of intelligence and honesty then chances are it will finds its critics and admirers.

I think when we started blogging it was important to put a personal message out there because people resonate with your company’s message. In our experience if clients like and trust you then they will engage your services. Today the world is changing rapidly and more and more your message matters. It is no longer good enough just to exist in the business environment companies today especially large corporations are being asked to take a stand against issues that affect humanity. Corporations are being asked to throw their weight around and actively get involved to protect the little guy who can’t protect himself, a move which would have been business suicide twenty years ago yet today it’s almost expected that if one has a voice then they better use it.

Today more than ever it is important to blog, we are living in an age where conversations matter and since we have entered into a new phase in life there will be plenty to be actively blogging about.

  • The future is here and it’s called Augmented Reality

    07 April 2016
The future is here and it’s called Augmented Reality

Augmented reality (AR) is a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented (or supplemented) by computer-generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or GPS data. It is related to a more general concept called mediated reality, in which a view of reality is modified (possibly even diminished rather than augmented) by a computer. As a result, the technology functions by enhancing one’s current perception of reality. By contrast, virtual reality replaces the real world with a simulated one. Augmentation is conventionally in real-time and in semantic context with environmental elements, such as sports scores on TV during a match. With the help of advanced AR technology (e.g. adding computer vision and object recognition) the information about the surrounding real world of the user becomes interactive and digitally manipulable. Information about the environment and its objects is overlaid on the real world. This information can be virtual or real, e.g. seeing other real sensed or measured information such as electromagnetic radio waves overlaid in exact alignment with where they actually are in space.

Computer graphics have become much more sophisticated since then, and game graphics are pushing the barriers of photorealism. Now, researchers and engineers are pulling graphics out of your television screen or computer display and integrating them into real-world environments. This new technology, called augmented reality, blurs the line between what’s real and what’s computer-generated by enhancing what we see, hear, feel and smell.

On the spectrum between virtual reality, which creates immersive, computer-generated environments, and the real world, augmented reality is closer to the real world. Augmented reality adds graphics, sounds, haptic feedback and smell to the natural world as it exists. Both video games and cell phones are driving the development of augmented reality. Everyone from tourists, to soldiers, to someone looking for the closest subway stop can now benefit from the ability to place computer-generated graphics in their field of vision.

  • Happy 2016 Everyone!!!

    10 January 2016
Can’t believe that another year has come and gone so quickly it’s already 2016 and things are already moving fast. There seems to be a lot going on in the world these days and so this should make for an exciting year ahead. Last year had its fair share of challenges, however, this is how we learn and now it’s time to take the lessons we learned in 2015 and apply them to 2016 and make this year a wonderful and productive year. As the world markets open, there are more and more opportunities for us to harness information technology and the wide reaching power of the internet and connect with others to do great things.

If I could take away one thing from what I learned last year is that there will always be challenging times along the journey and it is very important to always do the daily things that we do that make us who we are because these are the real things in life that give us our value. Just because we are going through a rough patch we should not stop going to the gym or seeing the people that matter or eat the food that we love because these are the things that make us who we are and that will sustain us through the challenging times. We are looking forward to a wonderful year of growth and challenges and wish everyone a Happy and healthy 2016. My New Year’s resolution is to start blogging again.

“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re Doing Something.

So that’s my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.

Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, Do it.

Make your mistakes, next year and forever.”
    ― Neil Gaiman

“Make New Year’s goals. Dig within, and discover what you would like to have happen in your life this year. This helps you do your part. It is an affirmation that you’re interested in fully living life in the year to come.

Goals give us direction. They put a powerful force into play on a universal, conscious, and subconscious level. Goals give our life direction.

What would you like to have happen in your life this year? What would you like to do, to accomplish? What good would you like to attract into your life? What particular areas of growth would you like to have happen to you? What blocks, or character defects, would you like to have removed?

What would you like to attain? Little things and big things? Where would you like to go? What would you like to have happen in friendship and love? What would you like to have happen in your family life?

What problems would you like to see solved? What decisions would you like to make? What would you like to happen in your career?

Write it down. Take a piece of paper, a few hours of your time, and write it all down – as an affirmation of you, your life, and your ability to choose. Then let it go.

The New Year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.”
