  • Welcome to Change Blog!

    Welcome to Change Blog!

    26 May 2011
Change management is a structured approach to shifting/transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. It is an organizational process aimed at empowering employees to accept and embrace changes in their current business environment. In project management, change management refers to a project management process where changes to a project are formally introduced and approved. these are examples of Organizational Change:
    Location changes
    Missionary changes
    Strategic changes
    Operational changes (including Structural changes)
    Technological changes
Changing the attitudes and behaviors of personnel

As a multidisciplinary practice that has evolved as a result of scholarly research, Organizational Change Management should begin with a systematic diagnosis of the current situation in order to determine both the need for change and the capability to change. The objectives, content, and process of change should all be specified as part of a Change Management plan. While change is never easy it is essential for the growth and developement of any organization. In today’s economic environment it is essential to change with the changing tides of economic and social environments in order to stay ahead of the curb.

Change Management processes may include creative marketing to enable communication between change audiences, but also deep social understanding about leadership’s styles and group dynamics. As a visible track on transformation projects, Organizational Change Management aligns groups’ expectations, communicates, integrates teams and manages people training. It makes use of performance metrics, such as financial results, operational efficiency, leadership commitment, communication effectiveness, and the perceived need for change to design appropriate strategies, in order to avoid change failures or solve troubled change projects.

Successful change management is more likely to occur if the following are included:
Benefits management and realization to define measurable stakeholder aims, create a business case for their achievement (which should be continuously updated), and monitor assumptions, risks, dependencies, costs, return on investment, dis-benefits and cultural issues affecting the progress of the associated work. Today the world is moving from an industrial frame to a technological and this has created huge gaps in traditional leadership with a younger more tech savvy generation in fact the challenge before many CEO’s today is how to convert traditional brick and mortar business models to keep up with technological advancements. It is a challenge indeed however with enough trial and error the gap will shorten but there will be many business casualties along the way.

While there is no set formula for steady sustained growth in today’s new economy it is clear that those companies which have harnessed the limitless power of the internet and technology are ahead of the pack and will stay there while other companies struggle to to catch up with the changing times. Given the fact that most businesses and individuals don’t like change it is clear that whatever industry or culture you operate in today change is essential and necessary and those who embrace it will ultimately come out on top.

  • Welcome to the Elite!

    Welcome to the Elite!

    11 May 2011
Elite (occasionally spelled élite) (Latin, eligere – “to elect”) refers to an exceptional and/or privileged group that wields considerable power within its sphere of influence. Depending on the context, this power might be physical, spiritual, intellectual and/or financial. Political elite In sociology, an elite is a group of relatively small size, that is dominant within a large society, having a privileged status perceived as being envied by others of a lower line of order. If such an elite wields political power, it almost invariably puts itself in a position of leadership, whether it be expected or volunteered, and often subjects the holders of elite status to pressure to maintain that leadership position as part of status.

Some elite groups speak a language that is not shared by the commonality: in Tsarist Russia and in Vietnam, the elite spoke French, in the Philippines the elite spoke, and in many cases still speak, Spanish. In Plantagenet England, the elite spoke Anglo-Norman, while Finland was ruled by a Swedish-speaking elite up to the beginning of the 20th century and in Ptolemaic Egypt the elite spoke Koine Greek. In ancient India, Sanskrit was spoken by the elite class.

SEO and Google is one other way the elite wield their power and influence over the masses the first page of Google ranking cannot and should not be understated for it’s importance, companies spend thousands of dollars a month for that coveted first page position and this is because being on the first page of google in your particular industry translates into traffic for your website and we all know that if there is no traffic then chances are your website is probably not doing much for your company. Think of it like this, when you do a Google search looking for a particular product or service how many times do you keep going down the first page and flip over to the second page? Chances are if you are like 85% of Google users not likely. This is because of two reasons first you will probably find what you are looking for on the first page of your search results and the second reason is if it is not on the first page most of us assume that it is not available and really who wants to leave the elite cause if they don’t have what we are looking for then it’s probably not available.

Most clients build websites in order to have a web presence for their organization while this is very important today in these lean times your online presence can be just as important as the quality of the goods and services that your organization provides and this is what will set your company apart from the masses. There are not allot of spots on the first page and for sure there is only one number one spot and this is why it is important that you should pay very close attention to the over all performance of your online marketing activity because your company might offer a higher quality good or service than your competitor does however if your competitor has that first page ranking and you are no where to be seen in the search results this could be the reason that she is driving a Porsche and you are still driving the mini van as your weekend vehicle. Top 3% get there and let Nexonta Technologies Inc show you how.

  • Social Media for small business!

Original Blog Posted: 11 May 2012

How To Use Social Media To Promote Your Small Business You have a small business and you haven’t bought into the social media craze? Guess what? Silence is no longer an option. People are online talking about your company as you read this, whether you like or not. If you don’t engage in the conversation, you risk losing your customers. But maybe you don’t have a choice as many small airports do in the State of California and across the United States. Many are owned by cities who don’t give them a dime and yet take money whenever they please. Those city managers force their airport managers to jump through hoops and political red tape to be able to promote their facilities. These airport managers have their hands tied in dealing with counties which just recently decided to launch a website, let alone a social media marketing strategy. So, I was asked by Michael McCarron, Public Information Office for San Francisco International Airport, to speak to the managers of small airports through California about the benefits of having a social media presence, so that they can convince their ‘bosses’ to allow them to open Facebook, Twitter and Google+ accounts, as well as to create blogs.

Here’s part of my presentation. I hope it helps you with your online social media strategy. If You have more ideas, please share them in the comments section at the bottom of the post. The more ideas, the better.

    1. ASSESS YOUR ASSETS: The first action you should take before engaging in online marketing or social media marketing and engagement is to look at what are you’re trying to promote. What are your assets? Who are your target customers? It may seem obvious. But, A Bay Area airport had small planes for rent. But business was slow because they were simply targeting pilots trying to rack-up hours. Turns out there was a larger audience they could target through social media, tourists looking for aerial Bay Area tours. Business took-off.

    2. SIGN-UP FOR SOCIAL MEDIA: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and LinkedIn. Facebook allows you to create a business page. Make sure you read the rules for businesses first. You can even ‘create a page’ through your personal account, if your business allows you to do so. That makes it easy for small business owners to manage it. On LinkedIn, every employee becomes your best advocate.

    3. FIND A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER: Managing multiple social networks is daunting. So, before you start posting content, requesting friends and adding followers, sign-up for a social media manager such as Ping.fm and HootSuite. It allows you to manage all of your accounts on one site and schedule your messages to deploy so you don’t have to sit over it all day. It also allows you to review the success of the tweets real-time with click-through statistics. And you can gather all the mentions of your brand, industry or search terms on Twitter through it as well. That’s for the free version. I suggest trying that first. As you get more involved in social media, I prefer SproutSocial.com. You have a choice on plans for nine-dollars to $49. There’s a 30-day free trial to make sure it works for you. What I like is that it allows you to take all of those you follow and the followers and create contacts out of them which you can manage in the system and track engagement. It also has one inbox for all of your messages from all the networks. Plus, it allows you to track check-ins at FourSquare and Gowalla.

    4. POST UPDATES: It’s important to have content on your social media pages before you start adding friends and followers. When you try to find friends, they’re going to look at the page to see if they want to follow you. So you need to give them a reason to follow you first. Provide valuable information about the industry. Post pictures of your business or people enjoying your business. On YouTube, post videos of your business, customer experiences, and encourage customers to make their own. You can also ‘favorite’ other YouTube users’ videos and they will end up on your page. If you’re a small airport, posting cool aerobatic videos of the Patriots’ Jet Team is a possibility that would add value to those who ‘subscribe’ to your page. Also, share those videos on your other accounts such as Twitter, Facebook and even LinkedIn.

    5. FIND FRIENDS AND FOLLOWERS: Twitter and Google+ are easiest. Search keywords to find followers. On Twitter, If you’re a small airport, for example, search ‘pilot. You can also search ‘flying.’ Searching your town and surrounding areas as well to find key influencers, news outlets, bloggers and city officials. Also, search for large players in your market. For airports, try Boeing, Virgin America, United Airlines and Southwest Airlines. If they share your posts, you have the potential to reach thousands. I suggest adding just a few people at a time. On Google+, comment on one of their posts immediately. On Twitter, mention them in a post immediately. You can also comment on one of their posts or simply say that you look forward to following their great content. If it’s a reporter or blogger, give them story ideas and leads that have nothing to do with your business. Get them to trust you. To find fans on Facebook, it’s best to start with real friends and family. You can also pay as little as $100 to have an ad for your Facebook page syndicate across the network for a designated period of time.

    6. ENGAGE FRIENDS AND FOLLOWERS:
Cory Colligan who used to be head of marketing for California Bouquet friended me on Facebook. When she asked to be my friend, she typed a personal message, saying how impressed she was with my work and how she’s enjoyed watching my work evolve. I couldn’t remember where I knew her from. Was it a television station, radio station, or was it from school? I wasn’t sure. I was too embarrassed to ask. And she seemed harmless. So, I confirmed her friend request and wrote her a note back thanking her for her feedback and saying that I look forward to connecting. She proceeded over the next few months to follow my videos and stories. She engaged in great debates and conversation with me as well as my friends. I knew just days after I added her that I didn’t know her personally. But I was so impressed with her and the relationship we’d developed over the months, that when I was traveling to her town, Fresno, I suggested we have lunch. When I arrived she had a full basket of goodies from her shop, including the best dark chocolate covered strawberries I’ve ever tasted, waiting for me. Since then, I have been a regular customer and am quick to share her products on my page.
So, your first priority should be building that relationship with people, not pitching your service or product.
Give them story ideas and leads that have nothing to do with your business.

  • To blog or not to blog!!

To blog or not to blog!!

To blog or not to blog

I asked this question about 3 years ago and the answer was to blog and blog often. Because of all of the reorganizing as well as many changes over the past 2 years we have not been putting out any new blogs for your enjoyment but this is all about to change. We are moved into our new offices and ready to get things going with our blogging and tweeting. while it has been a challenging time we have also grown alot in our craft and in addition have been able to grow our business through some very turbulent waters but the saying still goes “Calm seas do not make a skilled sailor” It is never easy runnung a company especially in tough economic times however if you have a great idea and are willing to work really hard then just “go for it” because win or lose it is an experience that will help you to grow and learn.

The one thing that resonates with me is that the more that you do in your company on a day to day basis then the better you become at running your business. Stay the course it is the journey which makes us strong. We have faced everything from a bad economy to some pretty mean spirited individuals who take pleasure in trying to see others go through hardships but through it all we remained strong and unwavering knowing that our purpose is true and our vision clear. If we had to do it all over again we would not change a thing because if you are satisfied with where you are then you also have to be satisfied with how you got there. Whit the launch of our new site we here at Nexonta Technologies Inc have massed our sails and are ready to sail on to the next level.

  • Heartfelt SEO

    Heartfelt SEO

Hmmmmm! Heartfelt and SEO! There are certain fundamentals that are as applicable in relationships as they are in business equally. When it comes to business the essence of any business’s existence is profitability within the perimeters of exchanging a service or good with consumers or other businesses in a moral, ethical way in which their business will compliment ours through money, credit, cheques or even barter to a certain extent even today. The keyword to remember is the “exchange” which takes place between two institutions and establishments in a similar way that an exchange takes place between two individuals, friends and or families. Heartfelt is to do the exchange, but doing it with care.

SEO can be summarized as being the bridge that at Nexonta Technologies Inc. effectively build between individuals by providing them using Google Adword Keyword Tool by finding exactly what each individual is looking for everyday on his online ventures to find the best companies to provide him exactly the services or products that he is looking to purchase through the billions of pages indexes such as Yahoo, Bing and particularly Google. To businesses we bring them those potential clients that are looking to find the right companies within the shortest period of time. Learning to make that experience rich between the consumer and provider is where the art of applying the “caring exchange” comes in. What makes one’s business experience memorable from thousands of others that everyone of us have through our lifetimes are the ones that left us feeling that not only we took something from the”provider”, but we also gave something in return and that is not only money. It is almost as if we left a part of us in someone’s hand and someone gave us a part of them.

Bear with Nexonta Technologies Inc. for a minute! Imagine if the world was exchanging hearts in business rather than money for goods and vice versa. What would your heart look like after a life time of experiences is the question to be asked. Once upon a time a young man met with an elderly gentleman who clearly had been rugged through the ages of life experiences that a whole man can possibly go through. He saw his heart that looked full of holes and with many uneven sides and dark at certain spots and brighter than light in others, than compared his own and saw his own which was perfectly shaped with no holes, but neither too bright nor too dark and stated to the elderly gentleman that his heart was better. The older gentleman smiled and said to the young man: “Young man the only reason your heart seems perfect to you is because no one has taken it from you but nor has anyone given you a piece of theirs either. My heart on the other hand has gone through the weathers of life and shared my heart with many and they have given me theirs in exchange. Some have given more others a bit less, but it represents the experiences of a lifetime that touched me to the deepest of my being. Now you decide who has the better heart.” And the man walked away leaving the younger gentleman with his last thought!”

At Nexonta Technologies Inc. all we try to do is create an experience of a lifetime that will change the way people will remember doing business and deal with people who will change the way we see them as clients and connect with them on a deeper level which will allow us to impart a part of our business hearts onto them and take their business hearts onto us. We might end up with dark, bright, holes, and uneven sides in our hearts, but at the end of the day they will still remain the most memorable and richest of the hearts that you will find on the business playing field. Let us show you how to profit your business through our “exclusive heartfelt SEO” approach to your business and create an experience that you will only find at Nexonta Technologies Inc.

A Beginners Guide To Blog Writing – Part 1

Posted on March 25, 2011 by admin
Blogging is perfect for anyone that’s interested in sharing their thoughts and interacting with other people over the Internet. If you’re a new blogger and want to get started, here are tips that will guide you along the way.

    Add a blog letter

    What is a Blog?
The word blog is a contraction of the words “Web” and “log.” To all new bloggers, a blog is a website where you write commentaries, events in your life, movie reviews, personal thoughts, poetry, interesting blog topics, or a combination of these topics. A blog can also contain pictures and videos. It’s basically an online journal. Blog posts are usually arranged in a chronological sequence, with the latest entry at the top and the older entries at the bottom. Moreover, blogs don’t have to be maintained by just one person and they don’t have to be personal. It can serve as a website where a company posts news and interesting blog topics, for example. You can also use your blog to sell stuff.

    Choosing a Blogging Platform
Now that you have an idea of what a blog is, let’s move on to how to set one up for the new blogger.
First off, the new blogger should look for a blogging platform that has the features that suit their needs. The more popular blogging websites include WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, and SquareSpace. Registering in some of these websites is completely free. Whichever you choose, all blogging platforms can work well for the new blogger.
    Identifying Your Niche
Once you’ve chosen a blogging platform, it’s time to determine your niche. This means that you have to decide on a specific subject area or theme. You can always talk about various interesting blog topics, but if you want to focus on a specific subject matter, here are two ways to determine a theme:

    • Look for a Subject
Ask yourself what you’re interested in, what you’re an expert at, what interesting blog topics are missing on the Internet, and such questions. If you want good ideas, read popular blogs, and take inspiration from them.

    • Define your Audience
For the new blogger, the target audience will also define the blog’s content. For instance, if your blog is primarily for keeping in touch with friends and family, then your blog would mostly be filled with personal, interesting blog topics. If you want to target other professionals in your industry, however, the blog’s content should contain tips, strategies, commentaries and other relevant information about your business.

    Give Your Blog a Name
When it comes to naming your blog, you have endless options. For new bloggers, your easiest and safest bet would be to name your blog after yourself. You can also name the blog based on interesting blog topics. You could call it Gadgets and Gizmos, Hollywood Gossip, or Heart Health. If not, the blog name can be completely random, like say I’m Your Mom, Ripples, or Humicorn.

    Update Your Blog Regularly
Basically, these are the steps that will help the new blogger get started. The next step would be to update your blog on a regular basis. You don’t have to do it every hour or every day, but try to post interesting blog topics every week at least.

Blog SEO for the New Blogger
For many newbie bloggers, search engine optimization is too big a topic to dwell on. In fact, it could make your head spin if you don’t have background knowledge. On the other hand, if you want to reach more people, increase sales or become a popular blogger, blog SEO is something that you need to take seriously.SEO, which stands for search engine optimization, in a nutshell, is the process of promoting your blog or website so that it ranks high in search engine results. When websites are higher on the rankings of search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, your site is more visible to Internet users, and this translates to more clicks, traffic and views.

So how do you do blog SEO?
Although SEO is a broad and ever-changing field, creating a list of keywords that are related to your topics or niche, and then inserting these keywords into various areas within each post should be the first thing a newbie blogger should do. A keyword density of one percent will do. This means that your keywords should show up five times in a 500-word article. Make sure to include the keywords in the titles and subtitles as well. These keywords are the words or phrase people type into search engines. You want to make sure your blog will show up in the search results for those keywords.

Once you’ve created keyword-rich content, don’t stop doing so. Otherwise, you’ll lose your search engine rankings. Blog SEO involves adding new content frequently so that your blog remains friendly towards search engines. Another way the new blogger can do blog SEO is to link your site or the pages within your site to similar websites. This will increase your blog’s popularity and exposure. To get even more exposure, you can also submit your blog to general directories as well as blog directories.
Blog SEO isn’t only for professional websites. It’s effective for the new blogger as well. Follow these steps to have a highly-visited blog.

Stay tuned for the second part of this post where we will discuss more exciting ways of attracting traffic to your blog via search engine optimisation

  • Life is Art Blog!

    Life is Art Blog!

    09 April 2011

    Science, Art, News, Fashion Blog!

Just clicking through the internet today we have noticed a trend that perhaps has been developing for the past few decades or so and this trend has to do with the the fusion of Science, Art, News, and Fashion. Most popular news stories today try to find a link between these four pillars. The cable TV show CSI has done a great job of turning sometimes gory crime seen drama stories into stylish chic Esquire stories which almost put a cool factor in crime on television. Take for instance the recent shooting in Florida with the ex-beauty queen using a pink gun to stop an intruder dead in his tracks. Is this life imitating art?

This blog attempts to show the connection to how these four different yet equally important areas of life are over lapping in many different ways to form what we wear to what we read. Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging items (often with symbolic significance) in a way that influences and affects one or more of the senses, emotions, and intellect. It encompasses a diverse range of human activities, creations, and modes of expression, including music, literature, film, photography, sculpture, and paintings. The meaning of art is explored in a branch of philosophy known as aesthetics, and even disciplines such as history and psychology analyze its relationship with humans and generations. Indeed art is the corner stone of our human existence, so much of what we desire and feel comes from different forms of art the we consciously or subconsciously see around our environment and this has a profound effect on our choices in life.

Science is in modern use, “often treated as synonymous with ‘natural and physical science’, and thus restricted to those branches of study that relate to the phenomena of the material universe and their laws, sometimes with implied exclusion of pure mathematics. This is now the dominant sense in ordinary use. This narrower sense of “science” developed as a part of science became a distinct enterprise of defining “laws of nature”, based on early examples such as Kepler’s laws, Galileo’s laws, and Newton’s laws of motion. In this period it became more common to refer to natural philosophy as “natural science”. It is through the fundamentals of science that most of our modern day developments are based for example Google and search is all based on the science of numbers and algorithms.

News is the communication of selected information on current events which is presented by print, broadcast, Internet, or word of mouth to a third party or mass audience.
One theory is that news developed as a special use of the plural form of new in the 14th century. In Middle English, the equivalent word was newes, like the French nouvellesand the German neues. Today we get our news from many different sources and one important one is Face book this social networking platform has changed the way people follow traditional mediums for example print, broadcast and word of mouth. The internet and platforms like face book provide instant access to current situations which are happening around the world and be having just a few well informed friends on face book you certainly don’t have to wait for the evening news to hear what is going on in Darfur.

Fashion, a general term for a currently popular style or practice, especially in clothing, foot wear or accessories. Fashion references to anything that is the current trend in look and dress up of a person. The more technical term, costume, has become so linked in the public eye with the term “fashion” that the more general term “costume” has in popular use mostly been relegated to special senses like fancy dress or masqueradewear, while the term “fashion” means clothing generally, and the study of it. For a broad cross-cultural look at clothing and its place in society, refer to the entries for clothing, costume and fabrics. The remainder of this article deals with clothing fashions in the Western world.

So what we can digest from this blog of four different disciplines are that ideas and inspiration come from Art then these ideas are developed by scientific experimentation once an idea is proven to be a sound and relevant ones life it becomes news and this news is better delivered by a cool medium like face book or a really attractive news anchor in an Armani suit. While we cannot spot these trends right away if we open our senses to the different environments around us we can possibly sense trends developing around us after all who would want to commit a crime today and not be fashionable since chances are once caught the criminal will end up in the news and they would want to be fashionably dressed for the occasion.

  • Whoot, whoot!

    Whoot, whoot!

    02 April 2011

Hello And Welcome to Our Whoot Whoot Blog!

This blog attempts to explain the recent developments in modern day colloquialism, to “Whoot” is to cheer about something that has a person excited, it could be anything like the first warm day of the season or getting 100% on that important exam, today Whooting has become very important in our modern culture, if one were to Google Whoot, whoot you would find in the Urban Dictionary “whoot whoot holla! my boy shaq gotz him some mad game up in here, yo!” This I believe is street slang for Shaquille O’neal plays basket ball very well. Today Whooting has become very important almost like a right of passage for example once in a while someone will Whoot at an inappropriate moment like being at a home sporting event and Whooting when the visiting team scores, this could have dyer consequences in the UK inappropriate Whooting has been known to cause stadium brawls and even result in fan injuries.

Wha What! not to be confused with Whoot, whoot is another form of expressions of happy. “Wha What” according to the urban dictionary means “term to describe anything exciting, party related. also a casual greeting, or general response. -inspired by “Woo Woo”. this term can also be miss used from time to time for example if one were to find a $20 dollar bill in a coat pocket that they had forgotten about this would not deserve a Wha, what but simply a Sweet! however if one were to find a $100 dollar bill this would be cause for a big “Wha What”! In general these terms have replaced allot of unnecessary terminology since they sum up so much that one is trying to express without all of the extra verbiage. Now while I would not suggest you use these terms the next time you apply for that VP position and are told that you have been hired, you might want to wait until you are in the elevator and alone since not everyone at every level has yet to realize the importance of a proper “Whoot Whoot” or “Wha What” but among your friends and close colleagues enjoy a healthy “Whoot Whoot” or a “Wha, What” from time to time.

  • Have A safe Saint Patrick’s Day!

Have A safe Saint Patrick’s Day!

    21 March 2011
Saint Patrick Latin: Patricius was a Romano-Briton and Christian missionary, who is the most generally recognized patron saint of Ireland or the Apostle of Ireland, although Brigid of Kildare and Colmcille are also formally patron saints.

Two authentic letters from him survive, from which come the only universally accepted details of his life. When he was about 16, he was captured from Britain by Irish raiders and taken as a slave to Ireland, where he lived for six years before escaping and returning to his family. After entering the Church, he returned to Ireland as an ordained bishop in the north and west of the island, but little is known about the places where he worked. By the seventh century, he had come to be revered as the patron saint of Ireland. The dates of Patrick’s life cannot be fixed with certainty, but on a widespread interpretation he was active as a missionary in Ireland during the second half of the 5th century.

Saint Patrick’s Day is observed on March 17, the date of Patrick’s death. It is celebrated both in and outside of Ireland, as both a liturgical and non-liturgical holiday. In the dioceses of Ireland it is both a solemnity and a holy day of obligation and outside of Ireland, it can be a celebration of Ireland itself. This day marks the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. It is observed by the Catholic Church, the Anglican Communion (especially the Church of Ireland), the Eastern Orthodox Church and Lutheran Church. Saint Patrick’s Day was made an official feast day in the early 17th century, and has gradually become a secular celebration of Irish culture in general.

The day is generally characterized by the attendance of church services, wearing of green attire (especially shamrocks), and the lifting of Lenten restrictions on eating and drinking alcohol, which is often proscribed during the rest of the season.

Saint Patrick’s Day is a public holiday in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Newfoundland and Labrador and in Montserrat. It is also widely celebrated by the Irish diaspora, especially in places such as the Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, and New Zealand among others.

    Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!
