Happy spring everyone and I for one am looking forward to the wonderful warm weather which is heading our way. What started out as a trying week has turned around into a week of positive out looks and excitement about the future. At times we get lost in our own events and concerns about challenges in our day to day life. But if you look around you will find inspiration in all sorts of different places for example it is important to know that life is not random and everything happens for a reason and it is up to us to find the reasons behind what is happening. We had a lot of problems with a programmer in Montreal over the past few years and this is one of the reasons that we relocated our firm to Toronto. We have been in Toronto for the past year and business is doing very well and perhaps this is why we are hearing from these people now.

The second event which caused me to think differently this week is there was a terrible accident involving two young men yesterday in which one of the young men died. He was only 24 and a personal trainer at the gym that I work out at. While we would only exchange pleasantry it has been for about a year now and he was a very nice guy and clearly loved by all of his peers and members. In the gym this morning there was a sadness you could feel and everyone was quite sad. He will be greatly missed. It just made me realize that there is so much more important things going on than dealing with people who are just trying to cause damage. It is sad when people behave in a certain way however that is not our job to deal with this type of thing.
