Google Imitates life
Keep in mind that when Google first came about their mission was to make the world's information accessible to everyone by a click of the mouse and I feel that they have achieved this. With that said Google uses a matrix to determine which companies and organizations online are doing the best job of presenting the most comprehensive and current information possible for it's users.

Basic Website Traffic Terminology
Page Views: The number of pages viewed is the basis of analytics and site traffic. At best, page views are a rough measurement. They're the building blocks of analytics. Click backs and refreshed pages get double counted, while partial page loads can be counted differently.

Meta Tags and Meta Description
Meta Title - Title of the website. Should reflect an accurate depiction of your websites contents. This is an important tag and should include your top keywords for your particular category. These keywords should also be reflected in the content of your page.

Phone System Update
As it turns out, our 1 877 number has been down for the last few days. We never noticed because here in the office when the phone rings it does not specify if it is coming from our toll free or local number. We offer our apologies to any of our clients trying to get through to us these last few days. Our phone provider has assured us that the problem is now fixed and that we can now receive calls once again.

In life as in business we sometimes take great falls and if we don't get back up on that horse we may never ride again and that would be shameful.
